All bags are handmade and made to order - please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order to be made and despatched. once despatched please allow a further 3 working days for your item to arrive if you live in the UK, for customers outside of the UK, please allow up to 14 working days.

Returns Policy

As our Items are handmade and made to order so we are unable to offer returns unless the item is faulty it which case we can provide a repair service. Your item must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be repaired. We do not provide pre-paid return slips however we will reimburse the cost for your delivery with a receipt of payment. Please contact us using our contact form below and we will provide you with details on how to return a faulty item. Please provide us with your tracking number to ensure your order can be tracked.
