Each bag is handmade to order. We usually ship within 7-10 working days, but it may take longer during busy times. Updates will be provided on this page.

For customer or bulk orders (4+ items), shipping will take 2-3 weeks as these require more time to make.

• UK Delivery: Once dispatched, orders will arrive within 3 working days.

• International Delivery: For customers outside the UK, please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery once your item has despatched. 

Returns Policy

As all of our items are handmade and made to order, we are unable to offer returns unless the item is faulty. In such cases, we provide a repair service. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for repair.

Please note, we do not provide prepaid return labels. However, we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt.

To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us through our contact form or via email at hello@madebysue.uk. We will provide detailed return instructions and request that you include your tracking number so we can monitor the return’s progress.

International orders & custom fees

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the total at checkout. As the customer, you are responsible for any additional import costs.
